For a better guest experience, we have invested in electronic door locks. There are two of these at the front door – so if one system fails, there is always an alternative.

However, should the electronic Grinch strike, please contact your Guest Relations Manager, Christopher Karstein.

Access to the house

The PinPad is located on the left side of the house wall next to the front door.

Access is either by pin code or transponder. Both options are described below & we have also prepared a short video for those in a hurry.

The code will be sent to you by SMS or WhatsApp on the day of your arrival. You can find out how to get your transponder here: Transponder

Instructions

Open with pin code

  • Touch the star key until the number field lights up.
  • Enter PIN & confirm with key.

Open with transponder

  • Hold the transponder with the flat side against the center of the number field.
  • The front door unlocks and opens.

Access to the house

The lock cylinder is located just below the door knob on the front door.

Access is either by pin code or transponder. Both options are described below & we have also prepared a short video for those in a hurry.

Anleitung

Open with pin code

  • Enter PIN & confirm with hash key.
  • Turn cylinder clockwise and open door.

Open with transponder

  • Place the transponder with the flat side up on the on the numeric keypad.
  • The front door unlocks and opens.
